A-1 Construction Services built our custom home, in 2021, during the height of the COVID pandemic. We couldn’t be more satisfied with the incredible quality of the construction-top notch for sure-from the beginning until the end. What was equally impressive was the care Carlo and his team took with communicating and working with us while we were relocated, to Florida, during construction and getting materials despite supply shortages. It was amazing and reassuring to know they had everything under control. We get more compliments on the design, construction and quality and we couldn’t be happier. We absolutely love our home.

We broke ground on our new construction home in May of the pandemic year, and moved in October of the same year. Carlo and Donna knew what to order months before we would need it in order to keep the building process going smoothly. We appreciated their experience and advice as we were a young couple who’d never built a home before. Our home is a huge blessing to us and we appreciate all A-1 Construction did to make it happen!

A-1 Construction made the building process seamless. From answering our questions repeatedly, to calling us while laying the hardwood to ensure it’s what we wanted. We started the build in August of 2021 and were in the house in February 2022. There was an issue with the cabinets (no fault of A-1 but with the shipping company) and A-1 worked efficiently to get us into the house even prior to the kitchen being completed. I would recommend them to anyone that is looking to build. The entire family was so helpful from the plan throughout the design.

Carlo and the A-1 team managed and completed our new home construction with efficient professionalism. Our dreams were brought to life and the designs we had were received and insightfully tailored to best fit the lot we used, without compromising our overall vision. The team and their subcontractors did excellent work and every phase and obstacle was well met with the job completed in a timely manner. This company is excellent, redoing a kitchen and bath they have worked work magic on our older farmhouse bringing it up to date, lovely family owned company, We highly recommend A -1.
